Default big bass bait of choice

if your life depended on catching a big bass and you could only use one bait (not live) what would it be?

When you say big bass how big are you talking? Yeah a giant swim bait would be a good choice in somewhere like California where a bass exceeding 10lbs isn't uncommon. A jig catches larger than average fish in most areas.

That's a tough one, but i think i would go with a spinnerbait cause it's so versatile.

Where I fish ,I'd fish from 5:30 AM to 8:00 AM with a Rattlinrogue floater in gold-black back w/orange belly and a silver black-back w/ white belly(with a splash of red).My four biggest bass have come from this scenario.
