Default bream killers

Bass are alot of fun to catch but when there jus not bitin it's fun to go for bream. It always helps to get a couple of em in when ur not catchin ne bass. I use the Rooster tails smaller sized ones in the chartruese. Also the crawdads by rebel work great too, also in smaller sizes.

A lot of times I'll have no luck at all on any bass bait and finally will start throwing a 2 in power grub to get the bluegills attention, after repeated casts to the same area usually a bass will makes it way in on the feeding it sees the gills doing , and finally one will bite the grub,, this tatic has worked for me many times, plus I started out gill fishing so after hours of nothing at all pulling my line a gill the size of your hand feels mighty good. :P

I've caught good bluegills and pumpkinseeds on small Kastmaster spoons and Rapala Mini Fat Raps, but I'm sure that numerous other lures of similar size will do fine also.

A white 208 roostertail will do the trick for big bluegill.

they eat the hell out of the berkley micros. I've used the earthworm and baby craw. Both are about as long as the entire length of your fingernail. Just a small aberdeen hook, throw it out wait 10 seconds, if no hits, cast again. I only know they work so good as I use the micros to catch my bass bait. I prefer to use them in clear shallow water, fun to be able to watch your catch before it bites.

Try them when there bedding they will hit almost anything................ But you know they are like bass sometimes they might not want it at the moment and would rather have a grub or a jig.........
