Re: frog on moss
As I said earlier I use a Snag proof Tournament frog. I cut the legs or skirt off then take a lighter and burn the holes. The result: less missed strikes. In the picture it looks more like duck weed floating on top than moss. Could be wrong.

Re: frog on moss
On the moss thing I would amagine if there is a thin layer of moss and you pitch your frog on there,I would
think the bass would see an outline..this is just my opion evryone.Jb had some nice blow ups last night, just no hook-ups...dont let Jb fool ya He is a damn good fisherman and he know his stuff. He has taught me alot and he's a good fishing buddy ;D. Good day everyone I need to mow the grass,I would rather be pulling grass off my frog..lol Denny |

Re: frog on moss
Dean Rojas caught the Purolator Big Bass (a 7 pounder) on his new prototype frog, that he says has a hook up ratio of 90%, in the Elite 50 tournament down here in Lake Dardanelle. The next closest was around five pounds I think. He says the frog will be available at Bass Pro in a couple of months.
