we got a record low temp last night (30s) and now it's up in the 70s. I'm going to try em for a little while. i'll give ya'll the report when I get back.

alright- caught one 5lb-er on a baby bass zoom fluke. caught a bunch of p-nuts and lost around a 2 or 3 lb-er in the weeds. got ran off by a gator. the big one hit a pumpkin seed lizard first so i threw the fluke right behind it. i also noticed that if you bite the end off of the flukes you'll get more action. they wouldn't really hit em much until they were stopped and laying on top of the grass. bream were killing me on the lizard. tak'er easy.

i live in GA about 20 miles north of florida. pretty much the same stuff.

went back to the same pond yesterday and wound up catching crappie on crankbaits with a few bass in between. i left for dinner and my cousin went and caught a 5 or 6 lber while i was gone. that bastard. wacky worming with nails in each end of the worm. heading back today.
