Default buzzin jigs

when do you usually try buzzin jigs? i would guess that it's when the fish are sluggish and you're trying for a reaction strike but if anybody has had any luck with it than i'd appreciate some tips.

I can't see where you would want to run a jig fast, if you wanted that kind of action I would recommend the mudbug crankbait that hits bottom and stirs up the sediment, closely resembling a crawdad.
But if you what mother nature in action , you'll never
see a critter move that fast as the average fisherman retrieves.
I would think only a extremely aggressive bass would hit a buzzin jig, and their hard to come by day in and day out.
I'll stick to flip a jig and make it slow moving like the bait its supposed to immitate, but GOOD LUCK with your idea, its worth trying all sorts of techniques to hone your confidence
