Default finesse fishing with KVD pro model tubes

okay, here is how i rig them 2/0 matzuo worm hook, 3/16oz or 1/4 oz bullet wieght with 14 lb main line. i like to cast them far out in the middle of an eddy or pond and slowly slowly work my way back to me. ANY TIPS on how to fish the tube bait is greatly appreciated also and riggin tips is greatly appreciated

Question, what type of cover ar you working, what water clarity and why 14lb line. For finesse, that seems heavy. Try 8lb Yo Zuri Hybrid, it breaks around 12lbs but has a smaller diameter and will allow long casts if necessary.

I Texas rig tubes a lot, I like that l8lb ine with a 1/16oz brass weight and glass bead. Brass n Glass, that is true finesse!

I use a 3/0 Daiichi Bleeding Bait Copperhead hook, a 1/8-1/4oz bullet, pegged, and 20# PowerPro(6# Diameter).This is an excellent combination.

earthworm and bb thanks for the tips guys, i guess ill need to downsize my line and weight. as for conditions
spring- murky with grassline very shallow
summer- thick mat with lots of weeds
fall- mat thinning out
winter- clear but mostly frozen

i like the 14 lb for every thing but i have heavy cover every were and i put 17 lb spiderwire on my 6'6 m/h pole goto be able to ge them fish out open water go for smaller line but if u got stumps and such id stick wit the 14 i likw the 1/8 it has bout the right fall for most summer - spring lighter in winter like maybe a lil split shot very lil jus nough make it fall and far as hooks i dont like the matzuo i have prob wit tips breakin off i prefer gamamatsuo or eagle claws
