Weekend forecast for lake Clarks Hill, Thomson, GA.

High of 32 with 60% chance of Freezing rain, Wind 6 mph ENE.

What would you do?

Man, that freezing rain on the road can really put a damper on your day.

I'm with Bassnman on this one, stay at home and do what I do find a good book about bassin and wait the cold weather out , but if you are determined to fish the lake then find the deep points and jig a spoon.

Only an idiot would deliberately tow a boat trailer in a feezing rain storm. Â*Getting the boat out of the water, assuming you got to it the water would be a battle all it's own.

Driving in one is pretty dumb too.

wmaybin you are correct life is short, fish every chance you get but I wouldn't challenge iced over roads to get to the honey hole

i have beat last years total of been called insane-went duck huntin -was told i was crazy.-like that was news to me-might go play tomarrow if the ice melts a tad.

Sorry guy think your fool of ****, lol really thats great!. Stationed on Ft Gordon 20mins away from Clark Hill, I fish every weekend except the last two. The ice wasnt the problem but the 12-15mph wind makes it really hard to troll, drop me a line start fishing tourneys in two weeks might need a backup partner. especially one with your boat handling skills.
