Nice fish.... I am fishing a tournament this weekend.... Keeping my fingers crossed... Cold front coming through tonight.... Will have to get darned lucky I think.....

nah...just rig up some jig n pig's and fish reallly close to cover...and make multiple casts.....just fish reall slow......good luck 8)

Bassmistress, you'll be ok I think, the cold front should be a minor influence on the air temp, however it prob. will slow the fishing a tad, we have been hitting it hard all week and while its slow, esp the day after a front comes through, they are still biting,
Here in ohio they are hitting in 7 ft of water , water temp is 74,
we have had some early on the buzzbait, but most are hitting slow sinking plastics in the deeper water.
Although we keep the boat positoned about 25 ft off the bank and working it back, all the hits has been in about 7 ft...good luck to ya!..dont give up!

Thanks for the advice everyone... Off to the tourney.. Temp right now 56 over cast... But will be 79 by this afternoon. Hoping for some early action...
