im not sure u can minnow fish.
 but i trap minnows in cages.

well, 1st I like to take the minner and thread it one hook up through that thing they eat with....forget what it;s called....Then I take my Zebco 33 with bright onrange line and snoopy rod and cast it out...Then I grab a beer and sit there like an f*ing red neck....
