Default Compre vs. Carbonlite spinning rod??

Just trying to get some opinions on these two rods and which one is the all around better rod. Or let me know if you have another preference for a spinning rod in the 100-120$ range. Thanks

You might want to take a look at the Lamiglas Excel line of rods. They're in the same ball park.

I can vouch for the compre spinning. It will be very tough for rods at this price point to beat on all fronts, in terms of warranty, guides, and bang for the buck, but the Excels from Lamiglas would be worth your while to research. They are made with Lami's certified pro blank which is extremely sensitive.

I can't speak about the carbonlite as I've only held them in hand (they were decent) but not tested on the water. They felt decent in hand, but regrettably that doesn't tell you much.

Lamiglas is underrated and understated in the bass world. They are real treasures and the Excel is made 100% in the USA.

No, lol, I don't work for nor am I sponsored by Lamiglas. I just happen to be a proud and happy user of three of their rods.

The new Compre looks like an outstanding rod of the price. It's blank was upgraded to the previous Crucial rod blank.

I have niether in spinning rods, or anything else, for that matter but in the baitcasting rods the Carbonlite and Compre (old Crucial blank) feel very similar. With the money being so close, the warranty on the Compre would tip the balance in Shimano's favor, if it were me.
As far as other rods in that price range, I picked up a Powell, on sale, about 2 months ago. So far, I'm very pleased with that purchase.
