Default think i got this right, colors

i have been going back through the posts and asking questons all weekend. I work 12 hour night shift, some nights lots of time on my hands. According to the notes i've written down, does this seem right?
Jigs- black/blue, watermellon, green pumpkin, reds,
browns, purples, chartruese.
Trailers- match the colors with the jigs,
Worms- pretty much the same colors as used for jigs
sizes should be anywhere from 4-7 inch.
Spinnerbaits- chartruese/ white, black/blue.
How about a frog or two ggod choice to pick up?
At night or murkey water- dark colors, more natural.
Sunny or clear water bighter colors
I really hope to have this right, or at least close.

You are learning well ;D

A couple of things on spinnerbaits-get a couple with all silver blades for sunny conditions and a couple with gold or a smaller silver/larger gold blade for cloudy/stained water conditions. Also if you can find one get a couple with a single Colorado blade for muddy water. Most of the ones I use I changed the blades from 2 to 1.

In clear water use more natural colors, not brighter ones-for the most part. There are always exceptions-I've caught a number on pink worms in clear water.

If you get a frog get one called a Scum Frog-they work well in matted vegitation.

And do yourself a favor and get a hook sharpener-a lot of the time hooks right out of the package need to be sharpened. I learned that lesson again last night-mised a couple good fish because I didn't check the hook. I think I posted a pic on another thread but just in case:

Less than $5 at WalMart-I just bouht a new one last week. Happy tackle buying ;D ;D!
