beginning bass fisherman
haven't done much bass fishing.what is a good bait to try.

Phil, Welcome to the site.I will warn you though, I have quit smoking and I have quit drinking, but I don't think I could ever quit fishing, so if you don't really have alot of free time, its best not to punish your self, just walk away while you can, better yet run like hell. ;D ;D ;D P N J

shiners and minnows are my prefered bait of choice. Guarenteed to catch fish or die trying.

i can get shiners here for around 3 bucks a dozen...
a great live bait for bass is softshell crabs. bass'll fight over 'em Rob

Hey guys i'm new too. Any advice, i just graduated high school and im bored. I love to fish. It is relaxing i'd just like to catch some fish in the process. Any advice on getting started.
