Default Not his best side (photos)

I caught these two guys a few weeks back. Check out the one with no eye or side of his mouth. Barely had that crank on his bottom lip or whats left of it.

I think I know what happend to him. My friend said he caught one from that corner a week earlier and hooked him through the eye and ripped part of his jaw. I think pickerl and other fish were biting at the wound and made it that way. It was pretty much healed. Thats the only thing I can think of.

ive caught a crappie with a huge bite out of his body, and i watched him for a year and he healed nicely and i caught him. he was about 17 inches long.
