Your biggest bass
Just for grins, not how big it was, but what did you catch it on?
Mine came on a bleeding shad colored spinnerbait I modified from a tandem setup to a big, single colorado blade. |

Re: Your biggest bass
My biggest bass was caught on a 7" Berkley Bungee worm in pumkinseed.
Second biggest was caught on a 6" Zoom lizard in watermelon seed. Third biggest was caught on a Zoom Mag II worm in watermelon seed. Gamkatsu hooks played a huge role in all of my big catches with soft plastics! |

Re: Your biggest bass
Kinda relevent to the area you live in, up here in ohio they don't get to grow as much during the year as in florida
My biggest fish have been on black n blue jig with gene larew craw, black and blue, also a 3/8 chartruse skirt spinner, but with painted willow leaf and colorado, both white n chartruse with a black eye, and also the biggest rattle trap they make, white with blue bottom and orange on the gill, all at Kentucky Lake, 3rd week in April..A heartbreaker of a story on one trip I had flipped under a floating log that was diaginal in the water and pulled out a 7lb female, got her in, (pre fishing a Redman tournie April 1996) in a buckbrush area of a flooded cove, went up to the next set of brush and flipped the jig and caught another back to back..but this time the boat couldn't get close enough to net, so my partner gets out the net and lunges as the fish , that was pretty much setting still caught in the brush, and more or less knocked the fish righ off the hook! I got over it but it shook that guy up for days lol the next day at the tournie i was lucky enough to get two 5 lbers on a rattletrap over a huge brushpile, but even that paid no money, you need about 26 lbs at weigh in at those spring tournies down there, now here in Ohio 5-8 lbs will win ya bucks |

The answer is a 5" Senko, black with blue flakes (021). |

Re: Your biggest bass
It is funny who actually read Rebs post and those who just had to brag about the size of their catch to boot. ;DThe funny thing is I know of at least one person who didn't post the weight, but had caught bigger than what was posted by a few pounds+.By the way it wasn't me either.;D P N J
