Default Florida Peacock Bass Fishing

Heading to Florida next week to do some Peacock bass fishing. Has anyone fish for Peacock bass in Miami? This is my first trip for Peacock bass and was looking for some feedback.

I havent yet, but plan to. I have heard the hotter the better. I would look on the net for some local guides and give them a call, they are usually helpful and willing to share info. Just tell them your a local looking for some pointers and usually their pretty good about it.

Default Florida Peackock

You can fish the canals in Miami but your best bet is to contact guide Alan Zaremba. I live in Miami and have done peacock fishing on my own but nothing compares to the day I hired Zaremba for a half day. Here is his website.
