confidence bait
What is your canfidence bait, why is it your confidence bait and where do you like to fish them.
I guess mine is a soft plastic jerkbait or a tube because ive always had good sucsess on them, i always seem to come back to these when all the other stuff fails. i like to fish them in open areas with lillypads surrounding them, grass, laydowns, ect.... ect.... |

Re: confidence bait
For me it's a jerkbait and a spinnerbait.Of course,when I know I have to catch one,nothing beats the venerable,old Texas-rigged worm.

Re: confidence bait
Wild Shiner if going for big bass, minnows if going for baby bass. Can't get much more confident with either of those.

Re: confidence bait
1. Walking Worm
2. Banjo Minnow 3. Flying Lure I have all the confidence in the world that each of those lures are the biggest waste of money a bass angler could possibly find. |

Re: confidence bait
For NUMBERS of bass probably a spinnerbait because I can fish them fast or slow, I can fish them shallow or i can fish them deep, I can fish them through and around cover effectively and It always produces. For QUALITY fish I would say a texas rigged worm.

Re: confidence bait
02 what I meant was did he want me to simply answer spinnerbait or a white Booyah spinnerbait with tandem blades. Anyway mine would have to be a ribbon tail texas rigged worm. Man I've caught some fish off them.

Pop R
either they want it or dont, its a bait I can throw and tell the mood of the fish pretty quick if that bombs out, i work down a spinnerbait and if that fails i go target fishing with a worm or craw or something in between lol |

Re: confidence bait
I got to say that it's the zoom lizard, because it's the only bait I've caught bass on. I just started this yr. It's working pretty good. I usually average about 4 a day. The bass go crazy over it. Sometimes, i think, that I could throw a #2 pencil in and they would hit it.

it gets tougher my friend..........[/quote] mid august is easy, a big 10 inch worm texas rigged bouncing off the bottom of deep water. The deeper the water, the bigger the fish. |
