Default bigjim, you are not alone

I went in to a local outdoor store at lunch today with no intention of buying anything, and noticed that they had a new shipment of Tiki Lizards, which are made by the same company that makes Tiki Sticks including my favorite watermelon/chartreuse and baby bass/pearl swirl, but they were lizards. I think you can guess the rest of the story-a screaming bait monkey and $60 later... ;D. I'm set for lizards, though-almost ;D

Rebb,
I did the same thing, I had some time to kill before a 2 hour treck to cincinnati airport, which is in Ky.. go figure
anyways I stocked back up on on basic stuff
Gammy 3/0
some twister tails (Chartruse)
1/16th ounce jig heads
and some 3/16 worm weights

Most of the stuff I saw on the shelfs dont turn me on so I just got the bare necessities.
ended up getting a ticket at the airport for illegal parking lol >

Yep-that was why I went in there. The only ones they had of the color You are wanting was green pumpkin. They also had a Bamboo pumpkin dip stick. I've got a couple more places to check, so I'll keep you posted.

I have been bass fishing exactly twice, but I can't go to Wal-mart, Dick's, or any other place that has sporting goods and not pick-up something. Last week, I stocked up on Culprity worms and YUM! softplastics. This week, I have bought the remaining colors of the Skitter-Pop, a skitter walk, two more X-raps, and some flukes. Die, baitmonkey, Die! ;D
