Lol, yeah, i think the torches wont attracted too many bass. A Tiki Stik is like a Senko. Its a kinda like a fat worm. It is really wide all around. They are said to float down horrizontally which triggers the bite. I have used them just once and did not have any luck yet, but It was just a few casts. Buy a pack and try em out!

Here is what I know. Tiki Sticks is a kind of plastic worm made by Wave Worms. I just got some at the local Wal-mart and have been using them quite a lot.
If I am wrong some one help me out (Reb or one of you other guys who seem to know a lot). I'm fairly new at this .

let me...the all mighty of the tiki.....tell you about them. they are a knock off of a senko, but IMO are alot better. they also have the tiki dipstik, which, at this time is my favorite. it has produced big bass for me. so...join the following, you wont be dissapointed

you are correct buzzdog. bigjim, this is your standard tiki stik: they do not have redbug listed in the colors for some reason (thats my favorite) now a tiki dipstik would just be any one of these with a chartruese tip, they tear up bass down here. i have gotten a small following of fellow tiki lovers going, so why not join the group

bigjim, those are my absolute favorite soft stickbait. I throw one of those probably more than I throw anything else-I always have one tied on. The best colors I have found are watermelon/chartreuse swirl, baby bass/pearl swirl, and watermelon red flake.

I also like the Bamboo Stick-they are identical to the Tiki Stick except they are fatter and a little heavier-ideal when you are fishing in the wind.

I highly recommend both-they just flat catch fish.

I fish them two ways: Like a T-rig but with no weight, which you are familiar with, and rigged wacky, which you may not be familiar with. A wacky rig is simply a straight bait hooked right in the center.

It looks strange, but it works real well.

Rebb, Hey where do you get the bamboo stick? I use the Tiki's a lot as well and I would like to try the bamboo. I need something for those windy days besides a weight. Weightless is the only way, WACKY STYLE.

It is a senko type bait(some would say a knockoff).I use it over the original Senko for 2 reasons: 1.It costs less 2. I catch fish on it

Hidee....

Is there a clinic you can go to for addiction to the baitmonkey???

I have a few packs of the Tiki Stick. MY favorite color is the baby bass/pearl color. One color I don't recommend is the "Sweet Potato". I don't know what they were drinking when they decided that that would work on fish, but I can't even make bream bite it here.

My problem with the Tiki Stick, is the same that I have with the Senko; I am a structure fisherman. Most of the lakes around here are not very deep. 15 - 20 feet at the most. My honey hole is 5' to 6' with maybe one hole in it at about 15'. The fish here will not bite the wacky rig. T-rig, they will tear up.

So wacky rigging is something I rarely use.
