Re: Kansas lakes?.. any reports
P-MAN,
Truman Res in Missouri is always a good bet. In Kansas, probably the best lake right now is Cedar Bluff, just South of Wakeenee, KS. It will be good Tuesday thru Friday, but almost every weekend has a tournament scheduled. What part of Kansas are you from? If I knew that, I would probably be able to direct you better. If you are in the Eastern part of the state, you might try Coffee County lake (Formerly Wolf Creek Power plant lake) It is strictly catch and release, but has some good fishing. Located just North of Burlington at New Strawn. PM me and maybe we can decide which would be best for you in your part of the country. JackL |
