Default Sweet Beaver

I have heard that this new lure is the greatest. And in 3 days they'll be in my local fishing store. So if you know anything about this lure, or have used it, let me know! Thanks.

I would, except it has been on backorder for over a month >. Supposed to be an awesome bait-guess that's why it is on backorder ;D

I hear that it is awesome. I'm trying to find it around here in MN but still no luck. Maybe have to order from the internet? I saw a fishing show on them they also have what is called a smallie beaver I guess that is just as good.

Ah it's great livin here. Baits galore. We even import to NY. Great bait for t-riggin, top water, and as a jig trailer. My favorite color is white trash. Before anyone asks. The only color left here locally is watermelon seed. All others sold out. P-n-j let me know.

man this lure is awsome, and yes its a big time back order product. the blue and black color seems to work the best for me, i usually t-rigg the thing but weightless also works great. another thing really great about the sweet beaver is its an awsome trailer for a jig. my father and i use the balck and blue beaver on a black and blue jig it works really well. tell u the truth before i used the sweet beaver as a trailer i never even hooked into a bass on a jig, hmmmm.

Does the 'white trash' resemble a beer-bellied redneck standing on the front porch of her trailer? ;D

The Smallie Beaver is just a smaller version of the Sweet Beaver. Both baits are really hot right now- on BASS and FLW!

this is the YUM Wooly Hogtail, and Yum Crawtail.

this is the sweet beaver

Notice any similarities ??? Â*There are lots of similiar baits, even Jene Larew makes something similiar. Â*Don't get caught up in the brand names. Â*Any good bait will have knockoffs almost immediately. Â*Look at the characteristics of the bait. Â*Bulky, lots of water movement/vibrations. Â*Wonder why it attracts fish Â*Just like zipper worms, they move water, and give off vibration, with a bulkier appearance. Â*THAT'S WHY IT WORKS, not because it's called a Sweet Beaver or who makes it.

If you go to tackleunderground.com and go to the soft bait section

these guys pour their own and might sell bulk for cheaper. worth a try and the colors are better than what the stores sell!

I have ordered a supply of Sweet Beavers from Reaction Innovations and should have some in a few days. My initial order is for a limited number but if you want to order from me and wait like everyone else just send an e-mail with your request and I will fill it as soon as possible. info@genevaenterprises.com. I do not have the product up on my website but have stock coming. Also going to stock Wally G Crankbaits soon.

Backwaters is low on these baits. As is alot of our local fishing stores around here. Go figure.
Just to let everyone know about these baits, I've caught 2 over 5 lbs, lost two over 6 lbs, have caught several 3's to 4's while using this "magical" bait. Yes small fish will take them as well.

Be_patient Sweet Beavers are anything but new, the interesting thing is that this is a clear example of what the media can cause, before they appeared in Bassmasters magazine nobody really cared much about them. I´ve been fishing them for several years and they were the answer to something I was looking for, a soft plastic bait with beefy body and flippers that could be used as a trailer for jigs, a crawfish imitator, that could be fished with several rigs. They are good baits but not magical baits. Too bad that such an explosive demand caught Reaction Innovations with their pants down, no you won´t get them anywhere, they are in a first come first serve pay in advance delivery schedule that will begin in late July-early August.

Aaaah ya'll forget about the Sweet Beaver. It is not any good. Tryed for a week to catch a bass only to have catfish pick it up. They were small as well. I started throwing a piece of corn and really caught the bass.
(I hope ya'll believe me. I'm starting to run out.)

Have had the wooly hogtail in my box for about 2-3 years. Love it, works best for me on hard fished waters. Deadstick it w/ occasional twitch or let it sit in current. Bass will pick it up. Also use the hawg caller brand, doesn't have the flat belly. Would tell ya my favorite 3 colors but I would have to kill ya. 8)
