Do you think the Berkly GULP is better than regular types?

Re: Berkly GULP
i frankly think it sucks. thats just MO tho. in my experience, it has hardened up and became unusable, even when put back into water. some on here like it tho.

Re: Berkly GULP
I received a free sample of this stuff and used it one time. Â*The bag was sealed, but the next time i went to use it, they were all hard as a rock. Â*I don't recommend it, unless you think you will use it all at once.

Same here, after you open it, it just starts to dry up insatantly, no matter how tight you seel the package. At first I thought it woukd be awesome, then the second time I used it a week later it had no scent at all, even after put in the water. |

Re: Berkly GULP
yeah, if they aren't fresh, they ain't worth a damn. Even if they didn't turn to crap, they'd still be overpriced. $5 for a bag of plastics is kinda steep considering what is out there.

Re: Berkly GULP
hate em, dried up on me too. They also turn real hard when they get wet, hard for hook to set through worm that way without having to cross his eyes.

Re: Berkly GULP
the points of this bait is that it lets off 400 times more scent then other baits. or so they say. i never use them i dont need fancy stuff.

Re: Berkly GULP
I'm puzzled because I bought some a year ago and mine are still good. Open up the bag and the god aweful smell almost knocks you out. I must have bought the special ones. I'm with everyone else though. There are other baits out there that work just as well.
