Default Pond that is Way Over Fished

There is a pond I go to and it is way overfished. I tried everything there 10 or 11 times now and not even a hit. I know there are bass in there because once in a whil you a pretty good sized one swim really close to shore. I have even tried minnows, shiners, and worms, but no luck. I know this is off of the topic but... there are even bluegill in there, and I tried to catch some just for fun, and they wouldn't bite either. What should I use to try to catch these fish?
