Lots of Fish... No Bites

There are plenty of small fish, mostly small bass and bream in my local reservoir, and i can see them right near shore but they won't bite any tips? I am looking for live bait. Shore Fishing.

are you looking for those little fish for live bait? i wouldnt mess with it, just get live crawlers and fish with those if you HAVE to use live bait, i would fish deeper water for those bigger fish with a suspending jerkbait, between the deep water and the shallow water, thats where i would fish them . cause those bass should be starting to get shallower lookin for good places to start bedding. im not sure how far off the spawn is there, but i would think it is gettin close.

when i site fish i have best luck with a weightless senko because the slow fall they seem to hit it every time since you said they were small i would go with a 4 inch senko......hope this helps

oh ya, just to add, i wouldnt focuse much time on the small guys, go for them bigguns in deeper water, i think i said that. use artificials.

You might wanna try a finnesse worm with a small weight, that could do.
