Default what to use

wondering what yall think i should use the river i fish is clear a good bit if grass and the temperture has been hot one day and freezing the next any replies would help

Define hot and freezing. To a Floridian, you might be talking 80 and 60. To me, you'd be talking 40 and 20.

Dang Lone I wish that was freezing up here. ;D Stick with what you normally use just slow the presentation down as the temp. drops and be more precise in your casts.Make sure your lure is in the high percentage areas.As it gets colder you may have to make multiple casts in an area before you catch a fish. Colder = Less active, tighter to cover.


Warmer = More active more likely to chase a bait away from the cover.

More precise casts are required in the colder water(sometimes you gotta hit them on the nose), and again as PNJ states , SLOW DOWN in colder conditions. Hope this helps MORE ;D
