Default Sandusky Bay Bassin' (Lake Erie)

Got out onto Lake Erie Yesterday, and did a number on the largemouth's... I fished the Sandusky Bay, from about 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Picked up 19 largemout.... the smallest one of which was 16" and the biggest was a 22 1/4" lm bass... weighed about 5 or a little more pounds... My final bag for the day would have been about 17 to 18 pounds... I am planning on fishing the FLW and BFL Tournamnets next year that launch out of Sandusky, as co angler...
There was a tournamnet Sat. and Sun. and the final weight for co angler was 14 - something the first day, and i think 31 something to win for coangler, it was a little over 2,000 dollars... and at only a 100 dollar entry fee, thats not bad... Well though i would share a day of success with you guys, and hope you all are catching them as well....

Ryan

If I'd have to take a guess, I'd say he's using a pumpkin green tube. That's all I ever hear about people catching bass on Lake Erie with. Doring my clubs tournament on Erie, I came in 6th with 2 largemouths and a big smallie. The 3lb 7oz smallie came on a white spinnerbait, as did a Largemouth. The other largie came on a Zoom drop shot worm.

was cathcing them (all largies) in shallow water along rip rap banks in the Sandusky bay... water temp was 67 degrees, and I was getting them on a Chartreuse/White Strike King Premier Plus Spinnerbait, (3/8), and on most big fish (19"+) came on a Mann's Baby 4 - in crome black...
