Cajun's arent dumb.

One day a Cajun from louisiana was fishing in a public lake one day and the gamewarden came walkin' up to him. The cajun had way over the limit. The warden started to write him up. The cajun asked "what wrong"? ??? The warden said that he had way over the limit. The cajun said that those were his fish and he brought them down there every day to let them swim around for a little while and whisled and the fish would jump back in the cooler. The gamewarden told him to prove it. So the cajun dumped the fish back in the water. 8) A few minutes later the warden asked him to make the fish jump back in the cooler. The cajun said "what fish." :

Your right Dyas, cajuns aren't dumb, BUT they are super ignorant. I know, I lived there for 7 yrs.
Glad to be back in the U.S. after living in good 'ol Louisiana !
(L.A. is a state or "parish" of it's own, away from the rest of the U.S.A. !)
Actually had a great time while living down in the "high humidity" state.

Yeah theres some good fishin' in the sowth but its so dang hot you can barley stay outside. Plus in July the water gets up to 85-90 degrees and the fish wont bite nothin. I have better luck saltwater fishing. :-/

if it aint hot, it aint the south. 8) i love when its hot, its been pushin 100+ lately till the rain, now its just super humid and 85. i have some of my best fishin in hot weather, especially when it hot and raining, the fish are super aggresive. i always have good fishin while inshore saltwater fishin (i call atleast 2 trout good fishin 8) ) but usually its more then that.

Thats why I dont live in Florida. I,m close though. Atmore is only about 30 miles from Florida. You can catch some biggens down there though.

Is there a difference in Cajun and creole cooking? Cause I know cajun food is about the best stuff on earth as long as you don't ask whats in there. ;D But you never hear much about Creole food....... that reminds me
