Default Roland Martin Report

This weekend I fished the Potomac River in Md (for more information contact the Charles County dept of Tourism) on board my new Mako Marine 2201 Inshore from Bass Pro Shops. Equiped with a Mercury 200 HP DPI engine. Folks DPI is the new Direct Port Ignition system that exceeds EPA standards. The Lowrance Elite 128 digital depth finder with speed and temp sensor will help us to locate the honey hole. With 4 T-Bar Flat line Crappie pole holders from Driftmaster the number one name in spider rigging we deployed 9 Crappie Magic telescoping rods from Uncle Buck (available from Bass Pro Shops) on one side of the boat. We added Quill Featherlight bobbers and clamp on 2/16 split shots from Lil Devil to some 20 pound Power Pro line and a geniune Bass Pro 2/0 gold aberdeen hook. We baited our hooks from Bass Pro with Anderson Golden shinners in # 8 and #6 size available only from Anderson Baits. The sun was not bright but sun screen was needed even through the clouds, so I applied a liberal coating of BullFrog SPF 80 to my nose .

Oh and we caught some fish..
Roland Martin

I've got a fish on, I've got a fish on, SON, hey I got a fish on. Get the Boga grips, get the Boga grips, hey get the Boga grips.

Folks, that fish was brought to you by Mercury, Triton, Lowrance and couldn't have landed it without my Boga grip.

Ok now if anyone laughs at me please remember I have firearms hehehehehe.......Now dont get me wrong, I despise Roland Martin....but I do love my kid so.....when he asked for one of those fishing poles that RM endorses, I cringed, but I bought it.....you know the one...the rocket fishing rod....the one that you dont cast, you just kinda shoot the bait out.

Well when my wife took our little guy shopping (hes 6) guess what he got me for xmas? yup...now we both have one and they work! we go gill fishing at the local pond with them and catch shell crackers big as your hand and have a blast!

The first time I saw the above theory I was skeptical so I wrote out an entire paragraph like Perkdog posted and it is true. You don't even realize they are spelled wrong.

Reek,

What do the numbers mean so far as specialty?
For my part, 1203/1204 = Tank Unit Commander/Armored Cavalry Unit Commander. Those numbers have changed, I believe, since I mustered out a long time ago ('70)

Thanks for your service, BTW.
