bass fishing in a pond

what should i use in a pond with lots of weeds and and shallow water i know there is bass in there because i can see them they are largemouth bass

if it's clear water I'd use a minnow in the open pockets around the weed lines, in the weeds i'd throw a rubber worm or tube, and drag a small buzz bait over the top of the water any time of the day, morning and evening are best times, but if done with the right retrieve, you can catch fish all day long.

I bet you should use a weedless lure.

use a soft stick bait weightless. cast it out let it sink slowly when it hits the bottom pull up on ur rod and let it fall again, repeat. usually the bass will hit on the first drop though, remember with this presentation a lot of the time u wont feel the strike at first so watch ur line. good fishing.

Try a Zoom Super Fluke rigged wacky, Texas rigged Tiki Sticks, and your favorite lizard.

Try using a top water frog bait, such as a scrum frog or other type soft bait. let them take it a little the cross their eyes for them . good luck

Bass Assasin Fluke in 3" or 5" is the all around best bait to use. Silver and black is the best color to use. Gamagatzu 2/O and 3/O hooks rigged weightless is the rig. A steady retrieve while jerking it is the way to work it. I've caught several bass this way and you will too. GOOD FISHIN'

WOW what an assortment of lures to try That's the ticket if you ask me. Try lots of stuff to see what works best, but conditions will always dictate what works best on any given day.

I agree with all of the above. I would also add, a 5 diamond or red devil, also a weedless spoon. Most of the small lakes I fish are hit hard by bait fishermen, mostly little kids using worms. The bass are used to worms so I try to use something different.
