Bassboss, The friggen shimano company wanted $17.00 for a plastic spool tension knob. >
 not to mention shipping charges on top of that.Their standing behind their products suck badly, the worst I have ever experienced.In my opinion, they are way over rated, too expensive for the features you get, and I never found anything that stands out about them , just average in everything. Its safe to say I won't consider buying another shimano reel as long as I live. ;D P N J
