Default swimming jig questions

Anyone try any of the swimming jigs yet? I was wondering what color for stainned water, and should you use a trailer? Thanks.

Throw white and retrieve it like a spinnerbait.

For swimming jigs I like to use a sort of yo- yo type retrieve, I rarely do it, but a killer is a white jig with a white single or double tailed grub as a trailer threaded on the hook.
