Zooker, Its getting better, It was only -5 on the thermometer this morning. ;DThey are calling for 4" of snow tonight so its got to warm up in order for it to snow.

well it was a balmy +12 tuesday and +14 wed. tonight it is 34 now and chace of rain/sleet/freezeing rain/snow mix. these fair weather bass fisherman's down here canculed the club tourny-aww i was sooo looking forward to kicking bassmans butt- but maybe next time. maybe not considering the lake-which i loath-

Lay off man. I don't live in the back woods of Silver Valley. I live in Hedricks Grove. I do have a bass boat but it's currently being re-conditioned. (or sort of)
Just kidding you just go on and keep putting me down. We'll see what happens come tournament time !

I'm a carpenter and have been for 27 years. Married for 25 years, with two kids. A son 23, and a daughter 19. I love both of them but I can't figure out how to get them to move out, oh yeah I live in sunny California, about an hour and a half from one of the greatest fisheries in the state, Clear Lake.

A friend of mine got so sick of his kids living with him in his house after college that he sold the house and moved into an apartment that was too small for the kids to live in. That is a little bit of a drastic measure but he was REALLY sick of his kids living off of him.

I think the water in the elk is easier to read. On the elk river, you can guess that most of the fish are gonna be caught near wood structure. Wheeler lake is so big it is a little more difficult to cover and isolate the patterns, although I will say that wheeler is easier to figure out than guntersville or wilson.

Brian where do you normally fish? I live in Mooresville, and fish Eagle Creek some, West Boggs, Monroe, and mostly a private coal pit in SW Indiana. I of course will fish anywhere anytime I can, it's just never enough. We'll have to hook uo and go out sometime, since we live so close to each other.
