IMO the blade is more important than the color. In muddy water I prefer a big, single Colorado blade.

As Reb said blades matter more but a chartreuse or firetiger skirt is a muddy water favorite.

Chartruese is what I use in muddy water. But if the water is stained I use a skirt that is green, brown, and white. Dont forget the trailor hook!!

I like a big Colorado blade or painted blades or a gold , chartreuse or something like that for a willow blade with a red Colorado blade. Skirt colors I like chartreuse, black, or something else fairly dark.

when muddy water sets im, im chucking a Booyah 3/8 oz spinnerbait, black and red, with a big colorado blade. my go to muddy water bait. I might buy another one with a bigger, black blade. dont care that its black, just the size of the blade is what i like.

I like the ol hank parker spinner
and those termintors got my attention to, the wire is thinner for better performance
as always, chartruse and white with a grub is my choice

Murky water too, JB? I have always heard dark water, dark bait. You still throw white /Chart in muddy water?

Yup
I used to think a brite orange and yellow was the ticket
for muddy water, but after trial and error, I used the much bigger single colorado and bulkier skirt and trailer grub
I always take half the skirt on a spinner and flip it over, and trim off at least a inch.
When you really get into spinnerbaits, you'll end up buying hundreds of dif blades and skirts, that can all be changed on the water with a simple splitring for the blade, and just pull the panties down (the skirt) and put on a new one 8)
