Today was awesome! Landed lots of Bass (Photos!)

Today was one good day! I started off throwing a Rouge jerkbait, and landed this nice one!



Then I tied on a Skitter pop and landed this keeper sized Bass......


After the bite slowed for a while I decided to tie on a Storm Thundercrank in craw pattern and bam! This one hit the crankbait on the first cast bumpin' the stump.....


I then switched over to my "confidence bait" a Zoom plastic worm and landed this keeper....


To make a great day even greater I switched the colors of my Zoom worm from green to brown and I landed this big beautiful Bass!!!

Thanks! I think maybe the red on some of the tails could possibly be from bed fanning for the spawn? That's a good question I was curious about that myself. If anyone knows the answer please let us know.

Nice fish!

The bass are starting to stalk up on food after the winter starve, and you got there at the right time, looks like. Not sure about the markings though.

It could be, the bottom fish certainly has a lot of red on its tail. It would not shock me at all if bass were starting to construct some beds in the Memphis area, so probably.

They were hitting very aggressive at the beginning of the day on both floating Rouge and the Skitter Pop, I caught many more on both baits I just wasn't close to the camera to get the photos. After a front moved in I had to slow down a little.

Man I went out Saturday on the boat on a big lake and got my but kicked with strong winds and didn't catch nothing. I had to quit early.

Dude, Your killing me with all of those bass ,let alone being outside in t-shirt.I have a green yard, only because I took all of the snow off with the snowblower.Please post some other pictures of something else other than good fish and god weather. ;D P N J

I remember how it felt, and I feel your pain. That whole month and a half I had wait and do other things than go fishing. Man I'm glad it's Spring!
