Which Braid?
Which one? Why do you like it or why do you not like it?
or any others?

If I had to go braid, which I cant stand anymore, I would go Power Pro or Stren. I hat the way it casts!!! I hate how it is reallly visible. I like the sensitivity, but like mono better!!

OK first off, all of that isn't Braided line. Some of it is Fused line which are different line types, and manufacturing techniques(Thanks Tony). Anyway MY PREFERRED Braid is Powerpro. My preferred FUSED line is Fireline. I use Fireline for my Spinning Gear, and Power Pro for my Baitcasters.

I use the power pro, and for you're untying problems NJBassDevil you need to use a palomar knot http://www.marinews.com/fishing/Knot...fk_palomar.htmor a uni knot http://www.marinews.com/fishing/Knot.../fk_uniknt.htm
I was having the same problem, my knot would slip when I got snagged or set my hook, since switching to the uni knot it hasn't happened once. |

The only braid I use is Powerpro. I use the 50 lb test since it is the same diameter as 12 lb mono. NJ, Mike is correct-use a Palomar. I've never had one come untied with braid. Or any other line for that mattter .

Personally I like the Uni Knot, I can tie it with my eyes closed, and it's very very strong

I don't use braid alot anymore, I've been using fluorocarbon, I like it better. But when I do Power Pro is the best.

I must say power pro, I like it the best of the braided lines. Lately I have gone back to mono and have been doing better, the trick is finding a mono that matches the color of the water you fish, lately I have been doing well with Ande line but there are other kinds that I like too.
