Default Yum

I just opened my first bag of watermelon Yum craws and discovered they are hollow.
I put in a 1/8th ounce jighead in there to see what it looks like, didn't like the way the presentation would be,
so got to wondering what everyone else uses with it.... ???

These:

They screw in and give it a natural appearance in the water.

JB, the leadhead rides below the bait rather than inside the bait-I never could get a leadhead to look right either until I found these. Â*Skin hook it and you are good to go. Let me see if I can get a pic for you.

Personally I dropshot mine along Bluffs and riprap and do pretty good. I caught a 27 inch bass of a dock on Kentucky Lake on one of those in watermelon two years ago. ;D

Being Hollow also makes them softer when a fish grabs them. They are good for bedding bass.

most of the time the hollow is for air to get trapped inside and while underwater bubbles will release from it making it look life like 8)

You could also stick some of that Akaselzer cant spell and but them on the beds, that will give off some bubbles. ;D ;D ;D

I fish them t-rigged with a 1/4 oz bullett weight pegged down to it. I also use a Gammy EWG 4/0 superline hook I love the Yum Craws. They have kept me from being skunked TOO MANY times.
