Tikis here, too. Senkos get torn up too quick for me. They are great baits, though.

I've had better luck on the senkos but the tiki lasts longer. If I am going to catch quality bass I will try the senkos. If a lot of small bass are bitting it's tikis.

I think bass like the senkos faster fall rate more because it sends more vibrations through the water. One time I was using flurocarbon with a tiki stik and I was catching bass after bass. At first I thought it was because the bass werent spooked by the line, then I thought, since flurocarbon sinks, it would have been making the bait sink faster. A couple days later, I went to the same pond with mono, and I didnt catch as many fish. I havent had the same luck since that day because I havent used fluro. So i think that overall, senkos are better, higher quality baits, and catch more fish, but tikis cost far less, and will catch fish. It is kinda even , but I will continue using tiki stiks, becasue senkos are way to expensive.

I've never used either. I buy bitters brand senko knockoffs AKA salty slings. They last about 3 fish each and its $5 for 20, or $10 for 50.

Ive never tried senkos (haven't forked over the big money yet), But ive used tiki sticks alot and they are very good so ill say tikis b/c of the price. Also kinami baits are cheaper than senkos too and they work great for me also.

Kinamis are not cheaper...just fewer in the bag.... It's an offshoot brand produced by the Yamamoto family to give the son a business.

I haven't been able to hook up a fish in a month on a tikki, they seem to want the ribbon tail culprit where I am fishing, early this spring they tore up the tikki,

Darn fish are too picky lol

I use both, but catch a lot more fish on tiki sticks. I think tikis are the better bait.

Talking

You 'd think it would be the other way around, the hot weather bringing the bass into a mood where they just would hit a do nothing bait, instead, they want something hopping off the bottom for a change...it figures

Any Cabelas or BPS, Dicks, or high quality tackle shop in your area. Senkos are the top of the plastics food chain right now. I use all types, but Prefer Tikis.

My list is as follows

5inch tiki
4inch tiki
4inch senko
4inch dinger
