Re: Do Fishing scents work?
Powerbait bass attractents work great. They catch more fish not bigger fish. They also make the fish hold on longer. That gives you more time to set the hook.

Re: Do Fishing scents work?
I have used Kickin Bass before and it is really strong. Which holds better kickin Bass or Mega Strike Attractant.
I have heard that Lunker Sauce holds well also |

Re: Do Fishing scents work?
The scent doesn't make the fish bite the lure and it definitely has nothing to do with the size of the bass. However when fishing plastics, the bass will hold onto the bait longer if you use a scent. Its more to mask human odor than anything else. I like to let the fish take a soft plastic for a few seconds before I set the hook, so I always keep my soft plastics dripping wet in garlic scent, or craw.
