Hey peoples. I live very close to a pond that is stocked with trout every year. When would it be stocked? My guess is spring. How can I find out if it has bass in it? There is a sign that says walleye, bass, sunfish, trout, and a bunch of other fish. I doubt there are all of those fish in that little pond.
How can I find out water temperature without boat electronics? Thanks everyone -Julien |

to get the temp i usally take a thermomater and tie it to some fishing line or a heavy string and let it sit in the water for a minute, then i check the temp. i am not sure when they would stock, but you might could ask your local game wardin or someone that helps stock or works for your states dnr.

well, if you are over 16 you can look on the back of your fishing license, and it will have your states parks and wildlife dep.
a game warden would be at the court house or at a park. not really sure on this though |
