Default Learned something new yesterday

Flyrod and I spent the day on the water, and late yesterday I happened to glance down in the cockpit and saw something that looked a little too real laying in the bottom. Turned out to be a bluegill about 1 1/2" long one of the fish we caught yacked up. Not only that, it was still alive! Picked it up and put it back in the water, but I don't think it survived. Anyway, that was the first time I had seen bluegill as forage in this lake, so next time I'll try bluegill colors as well as shad. My point? Be observant out on the water-you can learn a lot watching what is going on around you.
