Pflueger Supreme

Do any of you guys know anything about this reel??? Got KD one today and am not sure about this reel. They guy at Academy told me it was a really good reel, thought you guys would know about it and could tell me if it's a good reel or not... THANKS in advance... Have a happy holiday season....

I like my Pflueger reels, they are smooth, will cast very light lures (I use a Trion for shakey head fishing as opposed to a spinning setup), but my only complaint is that they lack the durability for the long haul that a few of my other reels do, but they are priced lower, so you can afford to repair/replace them when the time arises.

i love pfluegers.i have not had any durability issues.i clean and relube as needed at least 2 times per year.i have some round trions that are six years old that have no issues.i have a president and a trion narrow spool lp that will both cast weightless trickworms with no issues.i'm looking to buy the new supreme baitcaster.

KD really likes his supreme baitcaster...he can't wait to get to try it out...hopefully the weather will be nice this next week so he can...
