What a crazy afternoon
Finally got the opportunity to get my yearly tattoo, this time I got started on a black and grey traditional japanese dragon, its insane!
I went at 11 a.m. to cincy and brenda my tattoo artist spent about 1 hour and 15 minutes drawing it on me, then tattoo'd me till 4 o'clock, I just got back! The last half hour hurt like heck, but when you know they are almost finished, it always does. I'll get some pics tomorrow, its such a big piece that she told me to keep it bandaged till tomorrw. It goes from the knee to the top of my left foot, almost all the away around the leg. Probably about 60% of the way, with the white tiger on the side from last years venture. This is def. the biggest project I've ever had done, with a few more sessions, but next time maybe an hour and a half, that back calf area is tender~ |

Heres the link to the pic, it won't make any sense to any of ya till all this brown and black fades to soft greys..looks like a mess right now rofl..but give it a week and you'll be able to see it more clearly..I have the japanese
(horimono) style tattooing on me, and its hard for the untrained eye to pick it out in a digital picture, but after a few more settings the dragon scales will all be in black and grey, the white area for flames will probably be red..its even hard for me to pick out the objects at this stage, but I know they will come out when its finished...all my other pieces looked like this while its still seeping fluids and blood..feels like a sunburn today. *link* |
