Default Airbrushed a Rapala...

I think it turned out well. Now Im obsessed with making the next one better. So for those of you who airbrush.

What brand paint are you using? What size needle? Reducer or not?

And for some reason, with a water trap or not, Im still getting the occasional water splat in my paint.

Im currently using a Grex XG (.3 mm tip) using Createx and water based Auto-Air pearlized colors.

Heres my most recent effort...

dude sweet paint job....I think one like that would work better than a real high def one....it looks probably more natural like that in the water....

How much would yah want to paint 16 crankbaits for me....I am for real!

Nice, that's a fantastic job. I use a badger Anthem 155, with the needle that came with it. I'm still trying tog get me an air compressor. And I spray createx.

that is a great paint job, i like the dull colors on it, and like BPACA stated i think it would also work better in the water!!

Thats what I was going for. A more natural look. I think I may try senciling in some scales on the next one, but keep all other detail freehanded.

Wish I could paint some for you, but Im way to backed up on my own non-fishing projects at the moment.
