Default Why snow and teen drivers don't get along

OK... so driving down to the A and P thru the tremendous hail. I tell dad, turn around. Begin turning, and KABOOM!!! highschooler with a SUV who said she was too shocked to do anything... Nailed us right in the back. Now, I understand that teens can be responsible... but seriously, in these conditions? the ice actually froze onto the car!!!

And the damage:

They messed with my stickers...

GRR you think they'd be smart... nobody drive in bad weather unless you absolutely need to
PS- we are safe.

well, No, apparently not. We may file claims if dad's back gets worse. They really don't want the insurance companies involved in this.

Hey cranky,
why did you go to the AP in those conditions? Remember dont go out unless you have to? I am a teen driver, but responsible. People go way to damn fast in these conditions. Slow it down, take 20 minutes or more extra time, and crwl in 4 wd.

We had to get a cake for today (V-day). AP is only 5 minutes away haha, and we figured we could make it. We were going at a slow pace, the other car wasn't... genius drivers, eh?

Yeah, I gotta get the bumper stickers replaced. The dolphin, if you notice, has the top of the tail chopped off. The Hawg Sauce got msot of the hit.

aww gee dat all a lil scratch on da fender??.. you know it is going to suck when the brake pedel you have BOTH feet on pushes you to standing position just before the air bag goes poof..been here more than i want to be..

after a wreck you WILL be driving /fishing or something else and you WILL "see" the moment of the wreck in your mind-flashback-.. first time it happened to me -i was driving down the road-i nearly went off the road..
