High Water, Cold weather bass
Not sure if this has already been posted but I used the search feature and found nothing...
Here in Western Illinois we just had a bunch of rain so I decided that I might go and try to catch some fish after the rains stops. There is a grassy slope that is adjacent to deep water which might be flooded. Any of you have any suggestions as to how to fish high water which is probably relatively cold, guessing low 50's right after alot of rain?
