A me and a few friends from the niehgborhood got together and had a small tournament, we each put it 5 bucks and winner takes all. Rules were, you had to take a picture of the bass and it had to be more than 12 inches long, then release it.. so it was a numbers tournament pretty much.. Water has cleared up alot, and the big bass were sitting along the banks in beds just waiting for a t-rigged worm to be flipped right on them. I got a total of 16 bass but 13 were big enough to be in the tournament. I won it and won 25 bucks, FF got second with 8 bass. i assure you the cash will be blown on lures pretty soon lol. Almost all of them had great coloring, I guess from spawning? Biggest was around 5 or 6 pounds. Didnt take the flyrod out, since it was a tournament and wanted to win, but i probably should have since i might of got a 2-3 pounder.. Going again on monday when I get back from my easter trip to LAKE AMISTAD!!! leaving in an hour
