I am heading back the the states and fishing is right at the top of my list of things to do. I had just gotten a Abu G, revo in before we deployed. I found it to be a good reel, however it is super sensitive when adjusting it.
I wanted to find out if anyone else felt the same? Now I am saying it isn't a great reel, cause I can take any weightless plastic and send it a country mile. But take that reel and put on a c/b or s/b, anything with some true weight to it and you'll be adjust forever it seems. |

I have had one since christmas and no compplaints so far. It is a little sensitive to adjustments but more with heavy line (14+ test) Put some 10# stren and you'll be fine.

I've been using #10 Cajun. I love the reel. I absolutely love it. I don't want to buy anything else, but I might just like somthing else better. That's why I'll keep experimenting with different reels. I don't adjust it unless I'm fishing with very light baits, or fishing with lots of wind. I think one click of the tension knob can make all of the difference in the world with the Revo STX.
