The water is low but very fishable. You can launch your boat at the public ramp at the southwest corner of the lake, but you'll need your electric motor for the 1st 50 yards or so.
Started out last weekend, fishing the 4-5 foot range in open water looking for schoolers for the 1st 5 hours, one nibble nothing else. Moved into the buggy whip islands and started to catch them. Caught one on a #7 silver/black shadrap on the outside edge which was full of roe (the belly was big) of about 6 pounds. Caught a couple smaller ones the same way. Started pitchin a Zoom junebug trickworm with 1/8 oz weight and tore them up. My girlfriend even got one about 5 pounds on this rig using spinning tackle (spawned out, but big head). Caught/released around 15 bass. Most of the buggy whip islands are in 2-3 ft or shallower. Try them all!
