Hey, Denny and me just got back from fishing, a tough and slow day, but really pretty blue skies, about 55 degrees and water temp mid 60's.
Unlike zookers report with the muddy waters, our was gin clear, and the bass seemed to be schooled up in small groups. Got a keeper on a white hart spinnerbait and a peewee on a Xrap, Denny had a couple nice keepers on the fluke. Fish weren't aggresive at all, I was able to sight fish the laydowns, and even if you hit the bass in the head, it would ignore it. The ones that hit the moving baits just tagged it and halfa$$ fought.. still more to come tho, it 'tain't over yet! |
