Hatchineha is actually my favorite lake. Not many people know about it though, at least compared to the larger florida lakes. I remember a year ago when the water was way down everyone gave it up for being a waste of time, and I was still catching big fish in 1-2 foot of water.

Jason is a real down to earth person. I'm glad he won!
Lake Hatchineha is a great lake for fishing with minimal pressure from Florida anglers. If you're going to go fish Toho, take the canals down a ways and try Hatch! Lots of fish, and good ones too.
