Default Barlow's Tackle Express -- 2008

I just got their catalog. It seems awesome; almost $1.00-3.00 less than most major retailers, same brands too.

The Mustad Triple Grips I just got from Cabela's were $5.19/11. You can get 25 from BTE for $9.47!

I'll keep my mind open...

That sounds great, but have you factored in the the shipping and handling costs? When I do, they usually tend to balance out. Let us know. I have ordered things from Stamina Inc with great success and thanks to you I'm going to have to look into Barlows.

For hooks, I just saw a place called captain hooks or something like that with just about the best prices for buying hooks in qty.

I have all my BPS / Cabelas / Jens / LL Bean catalogs in the reading rack in my bathroom. When I find the act of sitting on my throne too stressfull, I turn to my trusty catalogs. They always come through in a pinch.

Perhaps I should not share that with you guys and gals?

Too late now.

"...in a pinch." Now that's funny!!!

Of course that throne is a little shack out back, right Capt?

How's the shows going? Good numbers of people? What's the buzz?

Got my BPS catalog and of course it's all torn up. Stupid P.O. I need to check out the Barlow's catalog.

The attendance is down from last year. But the same amount of bookings so it was worth the long hours.

Whats the neatest thing I have seen?

I will post it on another thread. Not much for hijacking..

Attendance being down isn't good. I'll see how the new Richmond show does. Should be a good show. I'll be at the Dale City Swap Meet/Flea Market/Junk sale next weekend too. If that one is down I may have to re-evaluate the plan for next year.
